Duration: 6 to 8 Hours
On this day, we will head to one of the most breathtaking places in the country — the Andes mountains of Colombia. A land full of life and mystery, home to one of the most magnificent trees in the world. During a hike of approximately 2 hours, you will enjoy a unique panoramic view, surrounded by lush vegetation shaped by Amazonian and volcanic evolution, and rich in indigenous energy.
Additionally, you will enjoy an immersive coffee experience guided by a local bilingual expert — from bean to cup — at one of the rural coffee farms near Salento. You will walk through the plantations, learn about the theory and process of coffee cultivation, and finish with a tasting session where you will enjoy a cup of single-origin coffee from our region. Afterwards, we will visit the vibrant town of Salento, where you will enjoy a delicious local lunch at a typical restaurant in town. Later, we will stroll through the town in search of a good cup of coffee and a slice of local cake. You will also have the chance to explore local crafts and colonial architecture — always accompanied by a private bilingual guide.
